SAN DIEGO, Apr 02, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dot VN, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dot VN" or the "Company") (www.DotVN.com) (Pink Sheets:DTVI), an Internet and Telecommunications Company and authorized global domain name registrar (www.VN) for the Country of Vietnam, announced the non-binding Letter of Intent (the "LOI") dated November 27, 2006, which set forth the principal terms of a proposed merger by and among Spot-On LLC ("Spot On"), Dot VN, Inc., and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dot VN, has expired and all discussions regarding a potential merger have terminated.
