BVR wins another contract for its virtual tactical training program

BVR Systems (1998) Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: BVRSF), announced today that its EVA - Embedded Virtual Avionics - product has been awarded an important new contract. The firm's product will serve as an alternate base for tactical training on an advanced training aircraft.

The initial contract for the adaptation, integration and qualification of EVA to this aircraft is valued at approximately $1 million .

The identity of the customer was not released.

EVA, the flagship product of BVR, is a complete embedded tactical simulation suite.

BVR is the leading supplier in the embedded training field. The system trains pilots for a wide range of mission scenarios on a variety of avionics systems.

EVA's advanced onboard training capabilities include: a Virtual Radar Suite with a full range of A/A and A/G radar modes and ground mapping capabilities, a Virtual EW suite including radar and missile warning and counter measures dispensing systems, an enhanced tactical environment including smart computer-generated forces, and ground support software for embedded training mission planning and debriefing.

BVR Systems is a world leader in advanced defense training and simulation systems. The firm offers highly efficient, cost-effective solutions to the simulation, training and debriefing needs of modern air, sea and ground forces.

In the previous week, BVR announced another contract, also worth $1 million to supply a system for naval training.

The firm has a market value of $26 million. Sales in 2006 grew by 47% to $10.1 million, with a net loss of $2.2 million, after breaking even in 2005.
