Confirmed with CEO that IPYS has no business operations at present, it is a shell.

No business operations since 2005.

Not able to comment at this time on current plans for the IPYS shell.

Any information about the direction of the Company will be released to the public when appropriate.


Interesting that he did not say when asked if they are seeking merger partners, only that there is no comment at this time.

Remember that IPYS is already experienced with reverse mergers so it is a traveled road for them, this one is a keeper at these fire sale prices, may be something going on here.
