Who is CPC Starcrest??

Folks, I think CPC Starcrest is not Starcrest as a standalone company -- see the article below. It is a partnership of Offor's Starcrest and Tiwan's China Petoleum Corp (CPC) - CPC Starcrest.

ERHE won't be a part of those downstream + exploration awards on May 19, IMO. Still hoping that the off/on shore awards referred to yesterday (to be announced in the next week or two) will include ERHE. Hope springs eternal....
