A friend from my college days, who lives in Nevada, told me this. He is understandably upset with INND as he claims he lost nearly $40k on it. I do not know where he sourced this information from and he had no interest in discussing this or INND any further. He seemed convinced that this information was accurate and he planned on providing the whereabouts of Matt Moore to who he believed should have it. Since I was unable to find out further details from him, I decided to inquire here. Dragon Lady and Tdbowieknife seem to know more about these shady characters then anyone else.

His story would seem to carry some validity though as I am not aware of Matt ever being personally served.
