If either party is forced to alter the contract due to a legal violation, BOTH parties will need to come back to the negotiation table.



The jury verdict was only for money damages. The only thing holding up Lamberth entering judgment is the plaintiffs' allocation plan due on Thursday, and once he does enter judgment we will see that it's only for money damages.

Who is going to force an alteration to the contract? If it's a court, which court do you expect to do so, and in which case?

The President could also force FHFA and Treasury to sign an amendment to the contract, but that was true before the jury verdict too.
