it makes sense there should be some sort of pricing that is a premium to spot price but below US spot price which incorporates China tariffs. Of course, this assumes the US doesn't impose significant tariffs on Canadian product. (I think it is 4 percent for countries with Most Favored Trade status. It could also be zero tariffs under Free Trade agreement, not sure)
