I just spoke with the company that represented the seller of the 1385 Park Center Dr, Vista, CA 92081 (aka Optec International's former headquarters). The company is Williams Roth Group [phone]. I had a great call with the realtor. He mentioned that the building was sold for $15,000,000 around mid-February 2023 to Show Imaging. He mentioned that the Optec logo is still up on the building but it'll be coming down very soon. Show Imaging own numerous buildings in that same area of Vista. They look like a very solid company. (I wonder if they are a public company. Hmmmm.... LOL) Here is Show Imaging's phone number for the doubters out there [phone]. I was also told that Optec has a VERY bad reputation going around.
