ALREADY APPROVED REVERSE SPLIT....

Sorry NO ONE is going to be seriously "looking at" BOXS
until the Share structure and share price resettles to a new
more REALISTIC RANGE......

What should WORRY shareholders is the SHADY way the company tried to
OVERSHADOW the REAL NEWS of MASSIVE DILUTION of SHARES
