I recommended this on Monday based on the charts,which incidentally looks absolutely great..You couldn't get a better reading chart and shows that a breakout is about to begin..There is strength in this issue and the business model of commodities shipment is only going to get better..

I spoke with the folks and exciting things will be coming..The O/S is 513 million with a Float of 349 million..No dilution.

The volume is 2million 10 day average,but this will change and once news hits the volume will easily pickup and share price will act accordingly..

Most of the volume is buys and the price is holding up very well..

One exciting issue to be in and this is a strong buy at these levels.
