but what I like, and what keeps me here is that most stinky pinkies dilute the crap out of their stock when they announce big news. Well TIPS announced big news over a couple months and they didn't sell not one share. Float is so low here that we can instant go to a dollar easily. It is why I'm here, and I think most others.
