You are in the same trap as always ... you think you / your experience is equal with a valid survey (with the real / full World) ...

(i) $2 a month for V is not a standard
(ii) combo incremental COGS (for Amarin vs V alone) is next to nothing ... see (iii)
(iii) combo could increase adherence + taking (of V)

To avoid any doubt: I do not say combo will save / solve everything ... but could help
