Televet, I acknowledge that you are a more knowledgeable investor than I am, and know a lot more about SIRC than I do, since you have been following SIRC a lot longer than I. For this reason, I am asking if you can provide a bit more information regarding your "not true" comment on your previous post regarding Brett converting shares at $3 a share post a reverse split. In my previous post, in response to yours, I provided the following quote from Brett. I interpret Brett's quote to mean that he can convert at $3 per share after a reverse split, but not in the case that SIRC uplists to the NASDAQ. In light of the following quote from Brett, do you still believe that Brett cannot convert his shares at $3 after a reverse split? Is that because the reverse split will occur simultaneously with the uplist? It's been a while since I have been through one, is that possible? Or does the reverse split occur first, before the uplist, giving time to Brett to convert shares at $3? Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
