I don't think ICOA will acquire BYAC. Even if BYAC is for sale, there are probably bigger companies ready to acquire them than a "small" OTC shell company. No offense to ICOA but we must be realistic.

Though, it is certain that they will acquire a company dealing with NFT. In this article there is a large part on institutional Bitcoin investment in Asia. Prakash Somosundram, head of investor relations at BCMG, is interviewed and says “There is definitely a need for such solutions in the market. It’s one of the gaps in the market that we’re trying to fill and there is clearly evidence that there is sufficient liquidity. I think the validation has come from the traction that we have achieved in two short months”.

I did my DD and found that Prakash Somosundram is advisor at IBG Finance (first $ICOA aquisition) and at CGCX (acquired by $MJWL) and also investor at BGBF (second $ICOA acquisiton). It becomes very interesting when we know that Prakash Somosundram is also CEO & Co-founder of Enjinstarter, a launchpad for Blockchain Gaming & Metaverses affiliated with Enjin. I recommend reading a bit about both companies to understand how deep they are involved with NFTs.

So far, both $ICOA acquisitions were in Vin Menon's Twitter signature so it would make sense that they acquire a company co-founded by one of his business partner. Now the cherry on the cake and what makes me really believe $ICOA will acquire Enjinstarter is Prakash Somosundram Twitter account and the avatar he uses (check also the avatars of who he follows and those who follow him).
