why file a ri dem appeal? no facility left to operate?



it is strange that shareholders have to get all of this information months and months later.

why file a ri dem appeal on August 8th after defaulting on the facility lease and vacating the building?

subsidiaries go dormant/non-operating ...and nobody finds out until a q-10 filing. company gets kicked out of your major office/facility before it gets put up for lease with with nowhere else to go...and nobody finds out for months later.

I agree ....where is the equipment. check out the link below. the, now former, medi-ri corporate office/facility building has an interior photo by the realtor who has the medi-ri building listed lease. it looks like it is vacant.
