What Dr. Chandra actually said about this is around the 29 minute mark of the interview. He said there is tremendous interest among BP's in both antibodies AND that they have had offers (apparently various in nature) with milestone based requirements. He said they have those milestones in mind, but didn't say anything about acceptance. A minute or so earlier he mentioned Lonza's track record of 100% success at accomplishing IND's for 120 molecules. So, they expect some partnerships PRIOR to the IND application.
