For all those who have missed it in the last update on 3-18-2021

The current estimate is a further three weeks for the AppYea lawyers to draft the proper paperwork for the shareholder's information statement. We have decided to use a service provider to mail every shareholder of record, a postcard directing them to a website that will contain all the information once published. We do not have the web address yet. Shareholders will be able to cast their vote on the website.

so that would be the 8th at the least for an information release could arrive for us.
