IMO - CCL and other Cruise lines are ready to sail. The biggest problem seems to be the CDC in the USA - who has NOT established rules for a return to cruising, and the Canadian ban on Cruising this year (impacting Alaska, and New England cruises).

The CDC talked about test cruises, but has yet to issue formal guidelines. Carnival Cruise Line(s) - and others - await the ability to sail with paying passengers aboard.

I believe the Carnival family will keep us safe aboard their ships. And restore the excitement many of us are missing.
