Israel Active cases have dropped 51% in the last 20 calendar days from 84,784 (Feb 5) to 39,781 (Feb 24).

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the government's goal is to complete the reopening of the country by April, by which they expect to have vaccinated the entire population over the age of 16 for coronavirus.
He added that there are still about 1.2 million adult Israelis who have not yet been vaccinated or recovered from the virus.

For herd Immunity I Fauci mentioned the new higher 70% of the population needing to have developed resistance to Covid, either recovered (within about 6 months) or vaccinated.

Is that number stands are 1.2 million, then that would mean of Israel's 9 million population, 86% of the population would have reached this goal, and Israel should already have herd immunity. We shall see in the coming weeks, looks like good news though!
