I just spent 10 minutes speaking to Rachel Nussbaum at OTC Markets just now...ACCR received this email. We spoke about the 2021 ACCR Re-Application to go PINK CURRENT INFO. , and they are processing. OTC MARKETS IS STILL PROCESSING OUR APPLICATION...

ACCR REPORTS TO THE SEC

- OTC MARKETS IS STILL PROCESSING OUR APPLICATION.

"The SEC recently adopted final amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, which will impact trading in your stock on the Pink Market this year. The SEC announcement can be found here: https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2020-212.

The amended rule requires that companies make current disclosure publicly available in order to be publicly quoted by a broker-dealer. In the amended rule, the SEC has also recognized the disclosure required to qualify for the OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Current market as meeting the standard for current information.

Through the Alternative Reporting Standard, companies that do not report to the SEC, U.S. Banking Regulators or a Qualified Foreign Exchange make current information publicly available through OTC Markets Group’s OTC Disclosure & News Service in order to meet the disclosure requirements for the OTCQX, OTCQB or Pink Current markets. Companies then select to trade on one of these three markets based on their financial qualifications.

Important for your company: Companies that are designated as “Pink No Information” will no longer be eligible for public broker-dealer quoting after the rule goes into effect later this year. In order to ensure that your company can remain publicly quoted at that time, you must publish all required disclosure by June 30th.
