RE: PDSC, some major rumors have been coming my way.

The new advisor's ties to the White house and the FDA
Some sort of settlement with Stone Financial and cancelling of hundreds of millions of shares, and big PR's. It all may sound a little speculative but I am betting that this will bounce and I was right when it bounced last time.
