He retreated the balance of 336K shares to an artificially low .0220 - he better not leave it there to long or he will lose even more shares at just the wrong time.

Nobody is being duped to trade any significant amount on the bid when it is obvious to top traders $PSRU will be going back over .1000 in the not too distant future.
