$25,000.00 within one (1) business day upon execution of this Amendment by Company and Holder; PAID
$75,000.00 on August 31, 2020; PAID
$125,000.00 on September 30, 2020; COMING DUE OR ALREADY PAID
$150,000.00 on November 2, 2020;
$175,000.00 on November 30, 2020; and
$224,368.53 on December 31, 2020.

After 9/30, they have $549,000 left to pay til the end of the year. That is 549 mil shares at 0.0010.
