Where's the update on these shares?
How about a link to this lawsuit and/or an update on arbitration that was supposed to begin six months ago (and he can't blame COVID-19 on that. Arbitration can be done via video conferencing)
XA was beginning work on 2 digital projects back in June. Whatever happened to them? The jobs were not completed? How about an update instead of a dangling carrot?
Is this a bit of an update on those same two projects, two months later? Were the projects ever finished? The verbiage is anything but clear.
This is a brand new project, right? If not, what happened to the other project?
