Are you including the perferred shares? 1.25 becomes 31.25M shares which need to be added to the valuation math. So a total of 51M shares brings the value to a little over $1 PPS. But you have to factor in the pinkie factor which brings into question any pump PR and cuts price one is willing to pay.
Wonder why the company didn't go with a bigger listing when they were trading at 8? I have not read everything, but maybe someone knows why they are in pinkie land?
I love the company and product, hope they close a deal with whole foods so I can get the meat. I just want to be realistic that this PR will not cause a huge run. I'm in for the long run what about the rest of you.
