Officially filed? My guy, if they had done the financials properly, there wouldn't be the need for this "unnecessary" filing. So "official" is just a way of bandaid-ing an existing problem...there wouldn't be this document. Don't you get that? Investors trade on revenue, flippers trade on emotion.

Now 8k officially filed PCTL is safe to trade so it's time to make money.
