High420 -

As for the sister company, it never caught fire and didn't have the fortune of being in a "cannabis bubble". I didn't make money on it and I doubt management did either....you win some and lose some and anyone that wanted TWO home runs out of one patent was overly greedy....

I find it interesting that a device with the same tech went 2 completely different paths. If you go back and look at the historical news releases what you will find is breathtec messaged/patterned their "device" after the so-called Alph/Beta...in the form of V1 , V2, & V3. Oddly enough, as Cannabix continues to this day rolling out "pictures" of a device, breathtec had NEVER provided it's shareholders with an official rendition of a device even though the devices of the two were of the exact same tech and physical location. So how is it that Cannabix not only claims to have a device in hand but their testing the device - albiet lab setting only - while the other device what - never got assembled - taken out of the BLACKBOX? Like I previously stated, the only 2018 revised mission AS CLAIMED in black and white by management at Btec was to build a working device. It did not require testing any diseases. There is something fundamentally wrong with that whole picture. As far as your personal claim of "I didn't make money on it and I doubt management did either" that's likely only half correct. Meaning, management dumped their free shares. When the leader of BLO returned to Breathtec it was a hollowed out shell he abandoned. The price was damn near sub zero. That's when they came in for the takeover at a price that should have landed folks in jail. So now you're clamoring about someone wanting "two" wins out of one patent. Seriously? I was the first to scream on this board that setting up Breathtec was a blatant conflict of interest for Cannabix. However, when management sold the idea supported by Dr. Richard Yost, AND some folks here even claiming Breathtec was Yosts' ultimate goal, yeah I bought in. I shaved hundreds of thousands off my position at BLO and continued to buy Breathtec into a high million shares position. Many others I know followed suit. Management gave the tech 3 years without any proof of ever having a device or doing any real sales pitch to the masses. So what do you really have at Cannabix now? You have a device or now two (two pictures) of devices at the prototype stage. There remains no timeline for completion from one year to the next. The story continues to morph into the next technical challenge with new and inproved terminolgy with news release after news release. The word "keyhole" is the new craze from the latest news release. There still isn't a patent beyond the FAIMS patent since day one. The company has added another tech to keep the narrative going/fresh. So yes, Cannabix is the ultimate Pump and Dump scheme. There is no hating on that my friend. Pump It and Dump It. Quickly going back to your "two homeruns" analysis. i find it laughable that to this day you will see posts that talk about FAIMS being the "Holy Grail" for detecting whatever - including Mars Dust. So, it was "greedy" to think according to management they could simply build a device for others to research for disease markers versus building a device to detect a molecule (THC) that's said to be a hard nut to crack by most scientists? Your last post claimed Owlstone does not have a working device. Have you actually looked at their website in the last few years? I'd say dr. Yost is cashing in right now over at Owlstone and the expertise he brought to Breathtec is now to the benefit of Owlstone. S the other insiders if they didn't make a killing along the way as well.

Peace,
