ORLANDO, Fla., Oct 1, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- EMAXNET, Inc., a subsidiary of eMax Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: EMAX), signed an agreement to purchase 16 television stations in the United States.

Donald O'Neill, VP of EMAXNET, Inc., stated, "The stage has been set, as a result of the heated debate over television ownership, to see the value of television stations explode. The limited availability of TV permits coupled with the increased demand for programming distribution has created powerful momentum for television owners in every sector.
