I came across his name because spr.t anounced 2 news tonight, 1 was a divy, and I saw that JDS1 recently filed a 13g for almost 1m shares


im also wondering how & why a company like support.com announces such a divy more than 50% of their last closing price


and so late in the year

I would appreciate any insight from your obvious accounting background
