APR dividend was delay until Dec 31 2019. you know its going to be delay again when that time comes too. Im sure they dont know the exact date so thats why they chose the end of the year date. Form 8-K Phi Group Inc Scroll down until you see the "JSJ investment" logo. you wont miss it, its a big logo. I dont think APR is in the stock market yet so they will have to get that going also if they want to distribute dividend.

for someone whose a CEO of a delisted stock im not surprise with all of these delay. Hard part is, since he do business outside of the U.S.A its harder to verify things. im not surprise if PHIL gets delisted in the near future. we are only just investing for his luxury vacation life.

Catalyst Resource Group, Inc. (fka CATA) <--- "Old news" Delisted stock owned by Henry back then. He was running this company and Phil. Also, just read that astonishing background. like wow all those "experience".... yea, where do i see this kind of good to be true bio before? pretty much on all fraud stock. i compare with other bio out there and yea there are some things missing here and there but whatever.

Hengry D. Fahman or Hengry D. PHAN <--- he does have a red flag and also if you click on the "family & Friends" tab you see some familiar names. like "Tina T. Phan" or "Fahman". You will see all the name they use when you hover over their name on the "AKA" section above their portfolio pictures. sure some of his family might have been doing business together and what not since its not legal, but it doesn't help when his previous company was "Providential Holdings, Inc" which is basically the same as "PHIL". Maybe there was a ticker/symbol change somewhere im missing or cant find. Im not sure how accurate this website is though because i try putting my name down and see what comes up but it couldn't find me. That tin foil hat does work i tell you.

Henry D. Fahman <--- something for you guys to eyeball at.

PHI Group Inc <--- very colorful. look at the debt to cash flow on the chart over the years. im not sure how these are updated. i think you gotta sign up for daily update but the chart and stuff is old. Insider buying chart only shows Henry the most. This little company who talk big with all of these subsidiary and are run by 3 or 4 people is not surprising and also when it comes to "insider buying". i put down 3-4 since im not sure if those other people he have on the PHIL website is real or not.

These are just all information for you guys to help determine your belief in this company. For me? i dont really care, i wasn't expecting much from this company anyway since im only here to flip this stock in the first place and i got in at the low so im not losing anything at .0001 or lose much at .000001. Remember "Results speaks louder than words" this company can release all kind of PR they want or you can hear all kind of good news from other people but if the results doesn't show then its just all talk.
