that is something they cannot provide. they are not the kind that will do DD and stay real then to speculate and hype. Remember Results speaks louder then words and i base my opinion on what have the company done so far and and where is the past results. I too question myself with all of these subsidiary talking in the millions and there is barely no revenues besides from the money they get through stock trading. Here is what i find on each and one of them.

I also did DD on the big jump and drop on the chart from 10-9-2018 to 10-15-2018 PHI, stock chart. within that time period was the announcement of the Saigon Pho Palace. PHI, PR NEWS. im sure there was major sell off and the stock just dropped to no return. I also realize that the Saigon Pho Palace is not on the subsidiary list no more PHI subsidiary list.

*Also Note that please read and follow my fact before commenting with anything stupid because i dont deal with stupid. if anyone here is not happy about my DD or if my DD "offended" someone or if im missing something that someone found and i dont or want to clarify something then feel free to provide yours with fact and no speculation.*

Abundant Farms, Inc.<-- click on link (according to the filing. this "company" or "subsidiary" is inactive. You can google earth their address and see for yourself and see if you believe what you see.)
Percentage of ownership: 100%
Business activity: Farming

American Pacific Resources, Inc. (i found no evidence of existence besides an address 5348 Vegas Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89108. Google earth and see if you believe what you see. Dont get American Pacific Resources, Inc. and American Pacific Resources, LLC mix up. they are different. This is the only thing i can find that came close American Pacific Resources Inc, other then that you will not find anything specific.)
Percentage of ownership: 100%
Business activity: Mining & Natural Resources.

ComMatrix, Inc. (find no evidence of existence this subsidiary is "inactive" according to the PHI website under the Subsidiary tab. i then google Gridline communication, inc and found their facebook and this is their address 11625 Custer Rd, # 110254
Frisco, Texas 75035 and Google earth shows its a UPS store. Im not sure if this is the same "Gridline communication, inc" or a different one "Gridline communication" without the "inc,". their website is non existence. According to this PHI Grounp form 8-k agreement i google GridlineX and came up with nothing. I also google Matrix Communications, Inc and come up with nothing specific. There are "Matrix Communications" but nothing with an "inc." like Matrix Communications, "Inc" this is the closest i can find Matrix Communications Inc but they go by the name Matrix-NDI. they have no affiliation with PHI. i was around that area so i went and see it for myself.)

PHI Capital Holdings, Inc.<-- click on link (this is all i could find. the address is 5348 Vegas Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89108 and its the same as American Pacific Resources, Inc.)
