many acquisition and yet this company is floating at .0001~.0002. watch the big dip on the chart and ask yourself, what happen?. I've invest in many pump and dump marijuana stock and all of these company use the same tactic/ scheme no matter what sector they are from. Not to mention they all use simple easy to build website that looks all similar to one another in format. i used to design website and i see how real company design their website from amateurs. This does not mean that the company was a scam in the first place. They may be legit at one point of the time and become fraudulent later. Many of these company are from the 1980s and 1990's and they are near the end of their time. The only thing they can do now is try to extract every penny from investor before they go down.

PHIL - original sector in the crypto currency, later change to Banking and financing. Now its good to have high hope and i dont want to shattered anyone's hope but reality will come sooner or later.
whether you choose to believe all of this information or not is solely up to you as i am only here to inform from my understanding after flipping through all the PR news and information i gathered and i would love to see if i can extract every little information i can find, but sadly it's not easy especially when a company is non existence in real life.

~Note that i know some of these company are "inactive".

- We will call these "Shell company". Shell companies are characterized as fictitious entities created for the sole purpose of committing fraud. Shell companies have been used to commit fraud, by repeatedly creating an empty shell company with a name similar to existing real companies, then running up the price of the empty shell and suddenly selling it (pump and dump. A shell corporation is a company or corporation that exists only on paper and has no office and no employees, but may have a bank account or may hold passive investments or be the registered owner of assets, such as intellectual property, or ships. Shell companies may be registered to the address of a company that provides a service setting up shell companies, and which may act as the agent for receipt of legal correspondence (such as an accountant or lawyer). The company may serve as a vehicle for business transactions without itself having any significant assets or operations. Sometimes, shell companies are used for tax evasion, tax avoidance, and money laundering, or to achieve a specific goal such as anonymity. Anonymity may be sought to shield personal assets from others, such as a spouse when a marriage is breaking down, from creditors, from government authorities, besides others.

Shell companies can have legitimate business purposes. They may, for example, act as trustee for a trust, and not engage in any other activity on their own account. This structure creates limited liability for the trustee. A corporate shell can also be formed around a partnership to create limited liability for the partners, and other business ventures, or to immunize one part of a business from the risks of another part. Shell companies can be used to transfer assets from one company into a new one, while leaving the liabilities in the former company.

~now the real question is, are you able to make money from a pump and dump stock? Sure you can. for short term goal you will make money. Will you be filthy rich? NO. For long term goal? 5 - 10 years and you will not even going to make as much money as those short term who keeps flipping years after years. 5 to 10 years from now this stock may only reach .0005. Even if this stock does reach to .0005 by next year. dont forget there will always be major sell off that will drop the price right back down and if you're a long term then you will lose out on that opportunity because another .0005 may come again another 5-10 years. I love investing risky and I've been there, trust me. I do have 50 Million shares in PHIL ready to go. I've been here for a while just sitting on the sideline reading through the hub forum and all. trying to gather any information i can because you gotta find the right Pump and dump stock too you know. Not just any undervalue stock that will do. the one that will yield you the most return in a short period of time or 1-2 years time frame.
