LAWSUIT UPDATE: THE CURRENT REALITY


Circa February 2018 from the blog and constantly repeated in various forms by Parkinson for months:

With Parkinson now back from the Berlin / EFM market, the filings to "stay" all actions in the cases of dubious foreign judgments will be promptly filed in the Washington County Courts in Arkansas. These include: LEWIN, JSJ and BEDROCK

Let's break down the reality of each of these one at a time:

Lewin: HHSE has filed nothing in the Lewin case, and it isn't a "dubious foreign judgement." In fact, it is no longer a foreign judgement at all. The Arknasas courts decreed the out of state judgement legal, valid and binding in Arkansas.

HHSE has no attorney, hasn't issued a single responsive filing in the case (even pro se) and currently, there is a court-signed writ of execution allowing the Arkansas sheriff's office to raid HHSE's offices as well as Parkinson and Shefte's homes to seize assets.

JSJ: Also no longer a "foreign judgement," this lawsuit and judgement is now legal and binding in the state of Arkansas. The court has subsequently allowed JSJ to garnish dozen's of HHSE's former banks and related vendors in order to recoup the judgement. Currently, there is motion for contempt that could see Parkinson arrested and thrown in jail.

Bedrock: Also no longer a "foreign judgement,: this lawsuit and judgement is now legal and binding in the state of Arkansas. The court has subsequently allowed JSJ to garnish Netflix, AMC, Malco, Regal and Amazon, causing each of these companies great pains and rendering HHSE's ability to ever do business with any of them again non-existent.
