if you look at the Issuer Information Statement on pinksheets its states;

",...on 03-03-2006 there are 1 Billion Shares Authorized @ .001 value, 450 Million Shares Outstanding, 200 Million in the Float and 2,200 Shareholders.

that is the most recent info available. i have sent management a e-mail for verification of those numbers but have yet to receive confirmation of that.
