Thanks for the assessment- pretty spot on, I would say. I'm going to keep monitoring the insider buying/selling. Like I said, there does not seem to be a section 16 report since 2014.

Do you know where I could find a current "who owns what" in this company- I'd love to see the insider holders current positions.
