Hey folks - been out for 3 days, two for bachelor party, and one for recovery and work (notice recovery and work happened in the same day)...

Anyways, I am noting and considering some of the very insightful & thoughtful comments I have received on this idea from some very helpful members on IHub. I will try to come out with a revision of the rules by end of next week to better define how this will work, and if my timeline is realistic.

Overall, it is my believe that the market has the impetus to go up, so it is only a matter of time for most investments to realize a sustainable gain. The stock market survived a great depression, the 70s, and the tech bubble. Whatever the case may be, so long as the stock market still has the natural upward pressure we have enjoyed since its inception, this plan should, in theory, ultimately work.

Now after saying all that, maybe my 4 year plan is too aggressive, I dunno. Maybe I need to extend it to 5, 6, or 10 years. Whatever the case, I feel as if I am embarking on a pretty cool experience.

Thanks again for everyone's support!

Metro

ps
remember, i am not doing this with my "nest egg." This is purely an experiment and i am only investing a small sum of money...
