I'm sure some of you have seen today's SEC filing by mCig and are a little confused. I texted Paul and he indicated that the filing was necessary to upgrade mCig from a "voluntary reporting company" (a status given to start-up companies during their first five years of operation) to a "fully reporting company". The upgrade requires more stringent reporting standards (e.g. 8-K's) going forward.
