Here's what I have so far

Hans Brost, aka Zardiw

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.aspx?user=2760

Disclaimer: I may be covering things people already know but don't discuss.

Disclaimer: Everything below is my opinion. Everything below was found via Google

Hans lives in Palm Springs, CA and is mostly known for advertising his overpriced* tools called DDAmanda, 8k Spy and Daily List Spy through a company he created called "Cabo FTL Systems".

*=the price of these "tools" is set according to the size of his ego, which is yuuuuuuge.

https://www.bbb.org/central-california-inland-empire/business-reviews/computer-software-developers/cabo-ftl-systems-lc-in-palm-springs-ca-850023591

Other than his DD Amanda, Daily List Spy and 8K Spy websites, he's also registered the following sites:

http://www.computerhelp101.com
http://www.lighthouse22.com
http://www.lighthouse57.com
http://www.cyclonesecurity.com
http://www.lighthousenova.com
- The about page here notes "The CEO of Lighthouse Nova is Hans Brost, known as 'Zardiw' across the internet."
- The main page references DD Amanda and pushes PTOI

There are a few more links in this post from 2009:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=38146540

Then, there's his blogspot account, created to push PTOI / JBII:

http://jbiglobal.blogspot.com/

Again, people may already know some of this and don't care enough to call him out. I do.

Here's the kicker: I honestly don't think many on the JBII / PTOI board put 2 and 2 together yet and figured out he was behind both "Palm Springs Brokerage" AND "Plastic2Oil Palm Springs", the latter of which he was a "CEO". I think this answers your question "How does an ordinary "shareholder" get a hold of trading records from a company?"

Palm Springs Brokerage Services
Were they compensated to promote this scam? This was another project of that scumbag, Hans Brost.

Hans Brost, the CEO of Plastic2Oil Palm Springs, is quoted as saying.

The following posts imply the people didn't know who he was either:

Quote (replying directly to Hans):
P20 Palm Springs was set up by a fat disgusting sleazebag penny stock pimp in order to unload shares.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=127422442

Quote (replying directly to Hans):
Why did Hans Brost lie in a sworn court document, and say I was Steve Seneca?

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=107816620

Hans even lists Palm Springs Brokerage on his iHub IRP page (oops, did he overlook that?):

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/irp.aspx?userid=2760

It's possible that people already knew this, but based on the tone of people's responses to his posts, I would bet that most people didn't know who he really was.

Hans is now doing the same pump job on the FAGI (formerly BHGI) board. It is my opinion that may be connected to that company somehow and it is my opinion that he is maybe being paid to pump it, though I don't have any concrete proof at this point.

PS>It is my opinion that we may have an answer to this post:

Do you have a theory on who illegally received stock from John Bordynuik's kid's trust fund?
