With DOLV/ZJMY being seen on Trends Mergers and Acquisitions, and Roger Fidler being director or attorney for many other companies listed as former clients... One could ponder that it wasn't simply Richard Oravec found the shell did no due-diligence... and somehow managed to acquire it for Wang.
