I thought it was hilarious that in the complaint, Moran claimed that he was a part owner of Medworx.

IMO, Medworx and the compounding pharmacy business is why MaloneBailey quit as DEWM's PCAOB accountant, and why the new firm probably won't perform audits of their books.
