As a matter of fact, I have contacted Mr. Owen on two separate occasions and confirmed his association with ANDI / Utopya. Mr. Owen was involved with Utopya before Mike Starkweather and Darryl Green. Loudon Owen is The Reason I am long here! See below for details...

Mr. Loudon Owen (the Microsoft Slayer) has been involved with Utopya since before Mike Starkweather joined the team. This means he was involved before the November 2017 ANDI reverse merger announcement and long before he was officially announced as an advisor in the late January PR. Mike confirmed this to me last month via LinkedIn (see bottom of this post for screenshots)...

My Question: Mike - How did Louden Owen come to be involved with ANDI? Pretty amazing that he associated his good name with a penny stock. Just curious.

CEO’s Answer: Loudon was involved before me, he is a contact of one of the founders. And if you would like to share the comment that's fine.

This explains (to me anyway) why ANDI/Utopya is so far along. In addition, the fact that Utopya Innovations Inc and McLean Watson Capital (Mr. Owen’s office) share the same address tells me Loudon Owen is more than just an advisor but that’s just me.

Below is my short LinkedIn conversation with Louden Owen (from the day of his announcement) confirming his involvement with AND / Utopya...








Even though I confirmed Loudon Owen’s involvement with ANDI / Utopya via LinkedIn, I took it a step further and contacted McLean Watson Capital directly via the general email addresses on their webpage.

Loudon Owen responded directly to me and reconfirmed his involvement and confirmed that Utopya and his company (McLean Watson Capital) share the same address.

My email conversation with Mr. Owen is shown in the screenshots shot below...







My interpretation of Mr. Owen’s reply is...

Point 1 was announced on January 25th Guardian of Utopya PR and he already confirmed this with me via LinkedIn.

Point 2 and 3 is lawyer speak for there’s a lot more here but I can’t tell you. (i.e, not announced yet ...IMO). For example, Mr. Owen has been associated with Utopya from the very beginning yet they waited until January 25th to announce his involvement. I have a hunch they are waiting to announce additional information regarding Mr. Owen’s interest here but this is just a hunch.

Point 4 & 5 says we appointed Mike Starkweather to handle the public aspects of this endeavor, please contact him and quit bothering me. Lol
