OK, let's take your accusations one by one...

The $12 mil private commitment is for KrypNetworks, not OBITX.

No one ever claimed the $12 million was for OBITX. This is your invention. Just another straw man argument like many others you've posed.

The $12 mil is to support their ICO, not for implementing new ATMs by their own company (as opposed to OBITX as a franchisee - who would have to use their own $$ to buy more ATMs).

KrypNetworks is soliciting franchisees for the installation of ATMS. It's unlikely that they will spend a single penny for any ATMs.

You've offered no evidence that the $12 million will be spent on the ICO. Can you even give us an example of a company that's spent $12 million on an ICO? What are the expenses a company accrues to do an ICO?

Any company that puts it's brand name on a product is, by definition, considered to be the manufacturer. Does Krypnetworks make the steel and plastics and electronic parts that go into the ATM machine? No! They've never claimed that they did. From the Whitepaper...

For 2018 and the first half of 2019, the KrypNetwork has a supply agreement for 10,000 ATMs. Beginning in 2019, the manufacturer could increase its output to 20,000 ATMs a year to be able to have 50,000 location worldwide by 2020.

So, again - since OBITX and MCIG owns 0% of KrypNetworks - there is 100% NO BENEFIT to OBITX and MCIG - as to what KrypNetorks does at all.

OBITX will only make money on transaction fees as a franchiser of KrypNetwork ATMs. That's it - RFLMAO. They DEFINITELY WILL MAKE $0 ON any ATMs that KrypNetwork installs on their own/sells contracts on their own APART from OBITX.

That's not how things work since OBITX is allegedly a franchisee of KrypNetwork, not the other way around.

In addition to being a franchisee/distributor of Krypnetworks ATM's, OBITX has exclusive rights to sell advertising on Krypnetworks electronic billboard display screens which will be deployed in 10,000 locations within the next two years. It benefits OBITX to have more ATM's deployed so to say whatever Krypnetworks does, it "100% does not benefit OBITX" is 100% false!

Kryp Network’s main goal is to deploy as many KrypATMs as quickly as possible. Attractive franchise opportunities will be offered which require very small upfront costs and low monthly costs.
