"Really? And why AT&T sim card will be used for SKIQ super router? "

With all due respect, did you even read the post you responded to?
It's because they joined AT&T's partner program for product development. It's open to all. It's not exclusive. It's all on ATT's website and their full color brochure links you to about everything. I posted the link to the brochure about their partner program and it has links throughout for more information.

But I will break it all down again.

Read how the PR is worded, then read the information on AT&T's website. Here's the breakdown:

***SRMX joined the ATT partner program
***SRMX BOUGHT the "One Thousand IoT SIM modules from Westron NeWeb Corporation (WNC)" (quote from PR) through ATT for development (anyone can do this and SRMX bought only the MINIMUM order of 1000 units)
***SRMX can now develop something for ATT, but it doesn't mean anything until there is a legal contract, which is not implied by the partner program itself.

Look... ALL OF THE INFORMATION IS OUT THERE AND EASILY ACCESSED for people who WANT to see it. GLTA, and I hope everyone makes money.

How to join ATT partner program and become a developer:
