Heh, you've got me thinking maybe the -40 was the wind chill. If so, damned if i know
how it got to the -40 -70, or if i should adjust that story. Anyway .. how about THIS

New Hampshire's Mount Washington, which boasts of having the "world's
worst weather", is expecting wind chill to feel like -90F (-67C) on Friday night.
