It is so comforting to know that my tiny town is rated as one of the very most unpleasant places to live in the U.S. Of course, it is based on some city wimp's idea of what is pleasant, and apparently he doesn't own a coat. If you factored in our near zero crime rate, I think the list could almost be reversed.
