Good Day All,

I am requesting everyone review our releases regarding SHD Devices so they have a good idea what that company is doing and how it came about. We started first with a USB charging unit in 2016 called the Spider Charger working with MegaHertz Power Systems. That evolved into the creation of www.shddevices.com as a joint venture of which we now own 25%. Attending the IoT World Summit in May, 2017 in San Jose opened up to the possibilities of expanding our products suites and adding firmware and communications and security software which add the potential for recurring revenue streams for SHD and that led into using blockchain for the security protocols to protect data and access. These are exciting times. The company has several products under development and several patents and trademarks. SHD is raising $ 5 million Cdn privately.

Lomiko's 80% owned La Loutre Graphite Project is still very active and we are looking forward to drilling the Refractory Zone and increasing the Resource and getting on with the PEA which we want to be very competitive with Mason Graphite TSXV: LLG ($ 2.45 and just raised $ 45 million) Please see some of our videos at:
