They illegally issued free trading shares by using an exemption that doesn't apply IMO.

Were their "interpretation" of the exemption correct, nobody would ever have to register shares.

The SEC can't do too much about these pinky scams....

....UNTIL THEY ISSUE FREE TRADING UNREGISTERED, NON-EXEMPT SHARES.
