The DECN merge was a scam by Bozo Berman to cover up Berman’s financial malfeasance, furthermore it would have dragged Taug into the DECN gutter and Taug would have been stripped of reporting status.

Show us all the proof that any of this is true. Oh and remember, this is the TAUG board. Why does TAUG's paid consultant constantly berate Mr. Berman on this board when Mr. Berman and DECN have and have had nothing to do with TAUG for 15 months or more. Those 15 months are 7 times longer than the initial business relationship. These are just more attempts by TAUG's paid consultant to manipulate TAUG's stock and TAUG shareholders due to the very low share price TAUG apparently enjoys. In other words, TAUG's paid consultant is stuck.
