Again, I believe he does get such reports. But in a double blind trial they wouldn't indicate whether that patient received the drug or the placebo so any significant improvement couldn't be attributed to the drug with certainty.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it until a reliable source tells and shows me otherwise.
