Pfizer could be preparing to buy all of IPIX

Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) is expected to get non-binding bids for its consumer business in early 2018, according to Bloomberg, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Companies including J&J (NYSE: JNJ), GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK), Sanofi (NYSE: SNY), Reckitt Benckiser, and Nestle are working with financial advisers as they consider making an offer for the business. The unit could fetch $15 to $20 billion.
